Roustabouts are the backbone of oil and gas platforms, supporting safe and efficient work through hands-on labor, equipment maintenance, and teamwork. This entry-level yet critical role offers a gateway into the offshore energy industry with opportunities to grow. Responsibilities Assemble, repair, and maintain oilfield and natural gas equipment to ensure operational readiness. Support drilling crews by delivering tools, materials, and equipment to job sites and assisting with setup. Assist crane operations by rigging loads, ensuring proper lifting techniques, and maintaining safety clearances. Operate in challenging environments, including confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions. Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite, following strict safety protocols and contributing to team-wide HSE goals. Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills. Requirements Experience as a Roustabout on Drillships, Platforms, Research Vessels, Land Rigs USCG Medical BOSIET w/ CAEBS Qualified Rigger Advanced Firefighting Well Control Rig Pass TWIC Driver License CORE Resources
