This is a client-facing position for someone with strong financial services experience who is ready for a long-term career opportunity with greater responsibility, growth, and earning potential.

• Spanish-speaking preferred

• Established RIA firms
• Brokerage firms

• Insurance agencies
• Wealth management firms

LICENSING PREFERRED

Current or previous financial services licensing is a strong advantage, including:

• Life Insurance License
• Series 65

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and manage client calls professionally
• Greet and assist clients in the office
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Process and organize client paperwork
• Maintain accurate client records
• Manage CRM and client information
• Follow up on pending business
• Communicate with insurance carriers and financial institutions
• Support financial advisors and team members
• Maintain an organized office and client workflow
• Provide an exceptional level of client service

COMPENSATION

$75,000–$100,000+ annual income potential

Compensation will be based on experience, licensing, responsibilities, and performance.
