About the Facility Location A full-service medical facility in a quiet Midwestern community, offering modern care in a welcoming, small-town environment. About the Clinician's Workday The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts with call coverage every third night and every third weekend with no OB call and OR call only. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases including Endoscopy, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology procedures with a 45-minute response time for call coverage. Board certification is required for this autonomous practice position. The role operates under an autonomous supervision model allowing independent clinical decision-making. The position excludes obstetric call responsibilities while maintaining comprehensive OR anesthesia coverage across multiple surgical specialties.
