Lead Safety/Security Worker - Treasure IslandThe overall duty of a Security Safety Worker is to protect the company's property, employees, guests and visitors.Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company's premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secureEvicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take overControlling the entrance and departure of employees, guests, visitors and vehicles according to protocolsMonitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activitiesProviding detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to managementUsing provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise mannerInvestigates, troubleshoots and develops/recommends solutions to inquiries, problems and issuesOther duties as assignedHigh School Diploma requiredPrevious experience in a related field is a plusTraining and understanding of Trauma Informed CareExperience working with the unsheltered populationDemonstrated customer service skillsDetailed program knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with culturally diverse populationsAbility to work flexible hours and travel between operation sites and attend meeting as directed
