Additional requirements include:Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), within 90 days of hire, Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 6 months of hire, I.V. Competency preferred with intent to obtain within 1 year of hire, Handle With Care (HWC) preferred.Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
