Advanced Customer Support Specialist I Details:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels using standard procedures

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in support systems

Perform troubleshooting to resolve issues through completion, seeking additional support as needed.

Follow established knowledge base articles and workflows

Maintain data accuracy and service quality standards

Develop foundational knowledge of products, systems, and support processes

Support service level objectives and performance metrics

Advanced Customer Support Specialist I Qualifications:

Education: Completion of program at a community college, technical school, or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience Requirements: 2-5 years of customer support or technical experience

Skills:

Must have previous call center experience
Must have the ability to multitask (talk and type)
Preferred Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Preferred experience supporting Printers, Point of sales units and Dot Matrix units.
Preferred experience troubleshooting networks
