Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a full-time Board eligible/certified Pediatrician.

• Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–17
• Average of 20–30 patients per day with age‑appropriate visit lengths
• Light call schedule
• Nurse triage support screens initial calls
• Inpatient responsibilities limited to normal newborn rounding
• Modern clinic opened in 2018
• Two‑pediatricians staffed at the site with dedicated clinical and front‑office support

We care for patients at ten clinical locations throughout the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valleys, including two urgent care centers and dedicated women's health centers.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a very competitive salary and full benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, and a very generous retirement plan. We also recognize the need to balance work and family life, so our fulltime physicians are only scheduled 4½ days per week; and we also provide generous paid time off. In addition, in support of our goal to secure the long term strength of our organization, we offer our hardworking and clinically strong physicians the opportunity to become a shareholder of our group.

The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $280,000 depending on experience and training, and may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
