Overview Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney to join the firm’s Insurance Recovery practice to assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for third‑party liability claims. The practice is Chambers ranked and enforces policyholders' rights to coverage under almost every type of commercial insurance policy for a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities. The firm handles some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation. Responsibilities Assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for third‑party liability claims. Work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel to secure coverage. Enforce policyholders’ rights to coverage under a wide spectrum of commercial insurance policies. Handle large, complex policyholder cases. Qualifications Minimum of four years’ experience in insurance coverage. Preferred experience at another AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique. Ability to work collaboratively with insurance adjusters and defense counsel. Benefits Competitive compensation of $190,000 annually.
