Full-Time Day Shift Shelter Care Navigator

Volunteers of America Northern California & Northern Nevada, Inc. is seeking a Community Care Associate for the Truckee Navigation Center. The role centers on welcoming participants, de‑escalating crises, coordinating meals and daily routines, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. You will work with Whole Person Care teams to connect participants to housing and services, while upholding program standards and trauma‑informed practices.
