If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!What Will You Do in This Role?As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
