Job Title IN-FSSA, Logansport, Beautician Location Indianapolis, IN 46204 Work Arrangement Onsite Contract Type Contract Interview Type Phone and in-person Pay Rate $15.00/per trim (haircut only); $20.00/per shampoo w/trim and dry; $35.00 Initial Service with matted hair including wash, style and trim; $10.00/beard trim; $17.00 per hour for bridge building/CPR training. Complete Description The Contract Beautician/Barber shall provide barber/beautician services to patients at Logansport State Hospital including, but not limited to, haircuts, permanents, S-Curl, relaxers, color, sets and beard trimming. This position reports to the Clinical Director (or designee). The barber/beautician will maintain a current license while contracted with the State of Indiana (LSH). This schedule includes working up to 18.75 hours per week, flexible scheduling may be discussed. LSH will provide hair cutting/care instruments and products needed for patient care and sanitation procedures. While working, the barber/beautician will assist LSH to ensure accurate inventory is maintained. Orientation, to include trainings such as Bridge Building and CPR, will be provided at the start of employment, as needed, and annually. These trainings are at no cost to the contracted barber/beautician. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADN Group
