Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care across Perioperative, Endoscopy, and Recovery settings — high proficiency in all three specialties is required
• Monitor and manage patients in the post-anesthesia recovery phase, ensuring safe transitions of care
• Start and maintain IV lines as a routine component of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within a small critical access hospital environment
• Adhere to all facility scheduling requirements; all scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of current Outpatient PACU experience
• Perioperative (Periop) experience required
• Endoscopy experience required
• Must be able to start and maintain IV lines
• Active Vermont RN license or Compact RN license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Must have own personal vehicle for this assignment
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in a small critical access facility
