We are looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to provide strategic and operational HR leadership for a growing manufacturing organization in Hebron, Kentucky. This position will shape key people initiatives across workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership support, and compliance while helping the business build strong talent pipelines and effective HR practices. The ideal candidate brings a balanced approach to organizational development and day-to-day human resources management, with the ability to influence leaders and strengthen programs that support business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Direct regional HR strategy and daily human resources operations to align workforce initiatives with business objectives.

• Partner with leadership to establish performance expectations, support goal alignment, and strengthen accountability across teams.

• Lead talent acquisition and succession efforts by identifying staffing needs, evaluating candidates, and developing internal leadership pipelines.

• Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, providing guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, and workplace concerns.

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and related HR programs to ensure competitiveness, consistency, and effective administration.

• Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and practices that support compliance with employment laws and company standards.

• Assess training and development needs, then implement programs that enhance employee capability and manager effectiveness.

• Guide talent review and workforce planning processes to support retention, organizational growth, and long-term business needs.

• Support HR systems and payroll-related processes, including improvements or implementations involving HRIS platforms and ADP tools when needed

• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility in a multi-site or regional environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Strong working knowledge of compensation, benefits, policy development, and employment law compliance.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems, with exposure to implementation or process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, manage sensitive issues discreetly, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Background in talent assessment, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a growing business environment.
