- Support commissioning, start-up, and acceptance testing of new or upgraded BESS facilities.
- Perform advanced inventory planning, including identifying critical spare parts and recommending stock levels.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, test instruments, forklifts, aerial lifts, and other site equipment in accordance with training and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to Level 1 Technicians and new team members.
- Collaborate with engineers, OEM representatives, electrical testing contractors, and remote operations personnel to ensure system performance and reliability.
Additional Duties
- Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of non-BESS plant equipment.
- Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and recommend reliability improvements.
- Support digital systems, including SCADA, instrumentation and controls (I&C), CMMS, and remote monitoring platforms.
- Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and best practices.
