Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you'll be the key connector between hiring managers, candidates, and new hires, ensuring every step of the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the Human Resources team to facilitate a seamless hiring experience that makes a real difference.


What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and timely appointments.
• Serving as a professional and welcoming point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and handling pre-employment paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Managing onboarding paperwork, employee documentation, system setup, and preparing new hires for their first day.
• Coordinating and facilitating onboarding sessions and orientation programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared.
• Supporting annual benefits open enrollment activities, including employee communications, scheduling, and answering questions.
• Maintaining accurate employee and candidate profiles in ADP and applicant tracking systems.
• Monitoring recruiting and onboarding activities, generating reports, and maintaining HR records.
• Assisting HR colleagues with administrative tasks, employee programs, and special projects to keep everything running seamlessly.


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working in a professional corporate environment, preferably at headquarters.
• Proficiency with ADP HR and payroll systems.
• Experience coordinating new hire onboarding, orientations, and benefits enrollment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities effortlessly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure records and documentation are accurate.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA, Monday through Friday.

Location & Schedule
