Position HighlightsFlexible, per-assessment/per-visit opportunitiesNo set weekly hoursWork around your current job or personal scheduleDaytime and evening opportunities availableWeekend opportunities availableOpportunities based on your availability and client needsTravel up to 1 hour for assignmentsServe clients in Gainesville, Dacula, McDonough, Atlanta, Johns Creek, and surrounding areasResponsibilitiesConduct in-home client assessmentsEvaluate clients' care needs and overall conditionComplete clinical assessments and documentationPerform wound assessments and wound care when applicableMonitor wounds for infection, drainage, skin changes, and healingCommunicate findings with the office and appropriate healthcare providersMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionComplete assignments and documentation within required timeframesWork independently while following nursing standards and company policiesRequirementsActive RN license in good standingMinimum 3 years of professional RN/nursing experienceHome care, geriatric care, case management, or assessment experience preferredWound care experience is a plusStrong clinical assessment and documentation skillsReliable transportationWillingness to travel up to 1 hour to client homesComfortable working independently in clients' homesFlexible schedule and responsive to scheduling requestsWhy Join Home Helpers Home Care?
