We are a forward-thinking, independent, multi-specialty group of physicians serving the Hampton Roads area. We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Physician to become a part of our Critical Care team.
Positions are available across Southeast Virginia, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk . This allows you to serve diverse communities while having the flexibility to select a practice environment that suits your lifestyle and professional aspirations.
What We Provide:Salary Range: $450,000 - $550,000
Compensation is influenced by specialty, experience, schedule, and responsibilities.

As a Critical Care/Intensivist Physician, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in an inpatient environment, working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Manage critical care for severely ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.
Conduct thorough patient histories, physical exams, and clinical evaluations to create and implement personalized care plans.
Oversee patients with complex, life-threatening conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, multi-organ dysfunction, and other critical illnesses.
Perform and supervise ICU procedures, including central line and arterial line placements, intubation, bronchoscopy, and other critical interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, monitoring technologies, and evidence-based treatment methods to enhance patient outcomes.
Provide consultation and support to hospital teams regarding critically ill patients and complex medical issues.
