California School Employees Association is seeking a Labor Relations Representative for our Sacramento/Citrus Heights, CA field office. The role recruits, trains and develops members, leads, organizes and mobilizes for political action, and represents members in hearings. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting experience, negotiations/advocacy background, and outstanding communication skills.
