Behavioral Technician (BT)

Behavior Technician (In-Home / full-time or Part-time position) All candidates will have to pass a background check At Bright Pathways ABA, we’re not just delivering therapy — we’re rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. Too often, ABA feels cold and transactional. Children become “cases.” Therapists are reduced to billable hours. Families feel like an afterthought. We believe it can feel different — and should. We’re creating a relational model of care where: Children are seen as full people with stories, spark, and potential Families are partners, not accounts Therapists are collaborators, not just implementers We’re building a place where everyone involved — children, families, and you — can feel supported, connected, and deeply valued. What You’ll Be Part Of As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection. Your work may include: Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA) Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care You Belong Here If You: You are a Behavior Technician or open to becoming one (we’ll train you!) Live nearby and have reliable transportation Feel drawn to the idea that your presence could help a child build an entirely new life Want to be part of a company that values human connection as much as clinical quality Care more about people than processes — and want your work to reflect that What Makes Bright Pathways Different Real Flexibility – You tell us when and how you want to work; we build around you Supportive Culture – You’re seen, respected, and included from day one Collaborative BCBAs – We believe in clinical partnership, not top-down management Compensation That Reflects Impact – $20-30/hr based on experience and contribution Growth That Feels Good – We’ll support your training, confidence, and sense of purpose We’re here to create something better - something deeply human - and we’re inviting you to help build it. To ensure a safe and professional environment for the children and families we serve, employees may be required to complete pre-employment and random drug testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care
