Project Executive

Lead the delivery of multi-billion-dollar data center developments across North America. A nationally recognised construction firm is looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead major mission critical construction programmes. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-profile hyperscale data centre projects while providing leadership to project teams and helping shape the future growth of a rapidly expanding business unit. The Role As Project Executive, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance and exceptional client satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in business development, mentoring project leadership teams and supporting long-term strategic growth. ResponsibilitiesLead multiple large-scale construction projects Oversee project schedules, budgets and delivery strategy Provide leadership to Project Managers and field teams Manage client relationships at executive level Drive commercial performance and project profitability Support preconstruction, proposals and strategic planning Lead commissioning and project closeout activities Mentor future construction leaders across the business What We're Looking For15+ years of commercial construction experience Experience as the senior leader on major construction projects Previous Project Executive, Director or equivalent leadership experience Mission critical or data centre experience highly desirable Strong commercial, operational and client management skills Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making ability Willingness to travel as required Why Apply?Executive leadership opportunity Industry-leading compensation package Annual performance bonus Outstanding benefits programme Long-term career progression Work on some of the largest hyperscale data centre projects in North America If you're ready to lead landmark projects while helping shape the future of mission critical construction, we'd be keen to discuss this opportunity confidentially.
