Paralegal- Hybrid Schedule - Houston AreaA Texas appellate firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. Seeking candidates with litigation experience and appellate experience preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience working within a law firm. This firm offers full benefits. Job duties include:Develop e-briefs by expertly adding hyperlinks to internal cross-references, citations to evidence, and authorities for easy access and reference. Create, revise, and maintain a diverse range of legal documents with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on the firm's document management system.E-file documents with various state and federal courts to ensure efficient and compliant submissions.Mark and generate tables for briefs to comply with filing rules.Efficiently retrieve cases via Westlaw to support attorneys in their research endeavors. Training to be provided, if necessary.Assist with the creation of electronic oral argument notebooks.Share responsibility for management of Houston office, ensuring a professional and functional environment.
