JOB FUNCTION : Assist residents with personal care and all daily living activities. 

SCHEDULE :

1. Monday-Friday 11 pm to 8 am.

Administration :
1.  Ensure that the client's needs are being met daily.
2. Administer medications daily to clients and report them in our Therap system.
3.  Assist clients in cleaning and daily ADL’s 
4.  Maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the agency.
5.  Report any conflicts or concerns relating to the residents or co-workers to Management immediately.
6.  Report any house concerns to the supervisor immediately.  
7.  Complete written reports at the end of each shift regarding the resident’s condition, behavior, and incidents of concern, whereabouts, and personal needs using the communication book and resident information sheets.
8.  Communicate positively and effectively between your co-workers and other personnel to support and encourage an environment that is safe and productive to all residents, clients, and co-workers.

Health and Safety:
1.  Follow the 5 rights when administering medication.
2.  Make sure clients are safe and taken care of daily.
3.  Protect the rights of each client.
4.  Follow the safety plan.

Requirements: 
1. Must have a valid driver's license
2. Must pass a background check
3. Must have experience being a caregiver
