Canvasser – Aspen Contracting

Location: Springdale, AR
Pay: $17/hour + High Commission Potential
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available

About the Role:

Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic individuals to help expand its reach in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry. As a Canvasser , you’ll engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generate leads, and promote Aspen’s services.

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads for the sales team. 
• Distribute marketing materials and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter services.
• Represent Aspen Contracting at trade shows, home shows, and local events .
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a great customer experience.

• Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people and building connections . 
• Reliable and self-motivated candidates who can walk 3-5 miles daily .
• Strong communicators with a persuasive yet respectful approach .
• Applicants with reliable transportation to and from work sites.

• Base Pay: $17 per hour + uncapped commissions . 
• Flexible Schedules: Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.
