Events Coordinator – Company: Bath Planet of Seattle.Location: Western Washington.Job Type: Full-time.Compensation: $800–$1,200 per week base + commission. Position Overview We are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinator to lead and grow our event marketing efforts across Western Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in‑person. This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycle — from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Book and secure weekly events and shows across your assigned territory. Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for yourself and your team. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators. Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event. Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads. Drive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenue. Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis. Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month. Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership and team management experience. Background in customer‑facing roles (B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events). Experience with recruiting and hiring (preferred). Highly outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in person. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events. Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks. Must be available to work every weekend. Preferred Experience Event marketing, trade shows, home shows, or promotional marketing experience (strongly preferred). Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $800–$1,200 per week.
