Job Description

Santa FE Mazda is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance Manager to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You will work closely with sales and financial institutions to secure and finalize vehicle financing and insurance products. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with financing and insurance options to suit their needs and financial qualifications.
Prepare and process all finance and lease contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Stay current on automotive finance laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to increase finance department profitability through effective product offering and negotiations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products, vehicle financing, and related laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
