Data Entry Support Specialist

The role involves providing quality data entry support for Solera customers. Due to the wide variety of solutions available, from websites to standard applications to integrated data systems, they may need help or support with their packages. This includes but is not limited to software handling, service requests, product updates, service interruptions, etc.

The candidate will be responsible for processing and digitizing data from vehicle accident reports/assessments, checking entries for correctness and completeness, selecting and processing photos, anonymizing photos for data protection reasons, and taking responsibility for compliance procedures, especially data security. They will also contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and documents.

Fluent language skills in German and a good level of English are required, with additional language being an asset. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows (10/11) and MS Office Suite are necessary. The candidate should recognize correlations between software, hardware, and operating system, possess analytical and inquisitive skills with good attention to detail, and be able to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a business. A desire to go the extra mile, take personal responsibility for resolving issues, and have high learning agility and ability to apply knowledge learned is also important. Interest and pleasure in working in a collegial environment is preferred.
