Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, marketing support, and event execution. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown. Assist with attendee registration and event check-in. Welcome attendees and provide event-related information. Maintain event schedules and logistical documentation. Communicate with team members regarding event needs and timelines. Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting. Represent client brands professionally during events. Support additional marketing and event activities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Positive and professional attitude.
