What You’ll Do Assist servers and bartenders, running food to tables and providing tableware as needed Clear and reset tables after guests leave, including removing silverware, dishes, glassware, and other items to the dish‑room for washing Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floors as required, checking for spills and cleaning quickly with minimal disturbance to guests Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift and greet guests as they are seated, bringing bread, butter, water and other service items Respond to guest requests and communicate them to servers or the host as needed, ensuring efficient seating and table utilization Prep service inventory by cutting butter, filling ramekins, cleaning trash cans, bus tubs for bars, and filling ice bins Assist servers with food delivery, removing used tableware between courses and providing tableware for the next course, especially with large parties and during peak periods Thank guests as they leave and be available to fill in wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation as directed by the manager or supervisor Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Must be able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20‑25 pounds frequently Must maintain a neat, clean and well‑groomed appearance per TGA standards Must follow safety procedures closely Must be able to work on holidays and/or weekends The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer.
