Available shifts: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium) 7:00 am - 7:00 pmWe're your top choice for foam cups, classic red SOLO cups, and convenient take-out containers, ensuring you can enjoy your food and drinks anytime, anywhere!Competitive pay: $25–$40/hour, based on experience and levelShift premium: $2/hr for overnight shiftsExcellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more!Ability to earn pay increases and advancement opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safetyApproved job-related training and tuition reimbursementPaid holidays and paid time offTroubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtimeRepair or replace mechanical components, including motors, conveyors, pumps, valves, and production equipmentRead and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentationAssist with production changeovers, equipment setups, and continuous improvement initiativesDismantle, rebuild, and modify equipment as needed to support plant operationsFollow all safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedulesLevel 2 candidates must bring: Three (3) years' experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, or comparable experience with trade school or trainingSpecial knowledge in use of hand-tools and power-toolsMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot moderately complex problemsUnderstanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature and pressure gaugesProficient in reading and following basic blueprints, manuals, and mechanic and electrical schematicsExperience operating test equipment and/or softwareWorking knowledge of automated controlsAbility to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hoists and cranes, and maintain PIT certificationLevel 3 candidates must bring: Five (5) years' experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, or comparable experience with trade school or trainingSpecial knowledge in use of hand-tools, power-tools and specialized knowledge in lock-out tag-out (LOTO) and introductory electrical knowledge to include basic wiring principles and basic electrical troubleshootingAbility to perform root cause analysis, compare and investigate information, and recommend and implement resolutionAdvanced mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenanceAdvanced understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature and pressure gaugesUnderstand manufacturing processes and able to inspect and repair or replace componentsExperience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to modify basic reports, documents and spreadsheets in MS Word, and MS ExcelExperience operating test equipment and/or softwarePreferred Qualifications: Paper converting, chemical/plastics processing and/or packaging industrial experienceVocational, Technical or Associate Degree in Machine Tool, Machine Maintenance, Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls, Robotics or related fieldExperience in electrical and mechanical trades such as HVAC, PLC, and CNCDart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
