Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du Deine handwerklichen Fähigkeiten bei uns zum Einsatz bringen möchtest. Als HandwerkerIn (m/f/x) kümmerst Du Dich in NRW um unsere Cabins und bist damit ein unersetzlicher Teil des Teams.
- Du bist viel unterwegs und arbeitest eigenständig, um für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Cabins zu sorgen.
- Du kümmerst dich dabei um Reparaturen, den Austausch von kleineren Bauteilen und um die volle Funktion unserer Häuser.
- Du hast fundiertes Wissen im Bereich der Elektrik und teilst dieses auch gerne mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
- Gas-/Wasserarbeiten sind kein Fremdwort für Dich.
- Du unterstützt uns bei Bedarf beim Umzug und Aufbau unserer Cabins.
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für das Einlernen neuer LandpartnerInnen in unsere Maintenance-Tools und Strukturen
- Dein Ziel ist es, unseren KundInnen einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
- Du hast eine handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Haustechnik/Elektrik oder im Facility Management gesammelt.
- Im besten Falle bringst du erste Erfahrungen mit Victron-Systemen oder ähnlichen solarbasierten Systemen mit.
- Du bist offen für abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und neue Herausforderungen motivieren dich.
- Du bist mobil, um unsere Cabins im Umkreis von ca 250 km selbständig zu erreichen und auch bereit, ab und zu für mehrere Tage unterwegs zu sein.
- Du bist verlässlich, zeitlich flexibel und auch am Wochenende spontan einsetzbar.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert. Das Priorisieren von Aufgaben fällt dir eher leicht.
- Führerschein ist ein Muss, BE-Führerschein wäre hilfreich.
- Wir arbeiten gemeinsam in flachen Hierarchien an den Next Steps für nachhaltiges, regionales und naturverbundenes Reisen. Hilf uns, Erlebnisse für unsere GästInnen zu realisieren, die im Kopf bleiben.
