We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships.Job DescriptionSchedules entrance physical examinations within designated time framesSchedules and/or tracks appointments for all medical servicesTracks client compliance and notifies appropriate staff of failed appointmentsCompiles and distributes medical appointment passes; completes procedures for client accountability and attendanceCompiles data from Medical and Dental staff to prepare required monthly and quarterly reports; distributes accordinglyTypes of miscellaneous memorandum, letters, and other documents as assignedReviews and terminates client active medical records based on Daily Separation ListTypes and processes client medical separation packetsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma. One-year certificate in a clerical related field from a college or technical school preferredOne year certificate from a college or technical schoolThree to six months of related experience is required, as well as some knowledge and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
