- Lead and execute manual and automated testing tasks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform detailed manual testing to ensure the quality of the product.
- Implement and uphold QA processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues by coordinating with business partners, developers, and support teams.
- Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions as needed.
- Coordinate end-to-end validation with various backend systems and vendors.
- Work independently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
