Bilingual Hotline Information & Referral Specialist

CHIRLA is seeking an Information and Referral Assistant to support the EMPLEO Hotline in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The role supports the Workers' Rights and Labor Legal Services teams by routing cases to appropriate labor agencies and documenting concerns from workers across labor-related issues. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, can work in a fast-paced environment, and will help track metrics while assisting in stakeholder outreach and program reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr CHIRLA
