Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Perform advanced patient monitoring, assessments, and interventions for complex and high-risk conditions.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
