Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operation of the store. Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service. Ensure every customer receives a great shopping experience. Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude at all times. Manage inventory: stock, restock, and check vendor deliveries. Assist in training new staff. Assist the Store Manager as needed. Qualifications Minimum of one year of retail experience. General computer knowledge and ability to operate electronic equipment and process sales transactions. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand at all times, kneel, lift, and bend up to 25 pounds. Required to work any shift within operational hours of the store, including weekends. Must be 18 years of age, have own reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities. Performs related duties as required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
