Summary Of Position

Team members contribute to the success of Coffee Action West by preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Team members will always maintain an environment that promotes Coffee Action West's guiding principles.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Follow Dunkin' Brand standards, recipes and systems
2. Follow food safety standards
3. Prepare food and beverages
4. Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
5. Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
7. Clean equipment and guest areas
8. Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation
9. Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments
10. Follow speed of service standards
11. Serve and communicate with guests
12. Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
13. Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
14. Maintain organized stockroom and refrigerated areas

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
• Lifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20 lbs (if applicable)
• Wearing a headset
• Working in a small space
