Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships. Act as a problem solver using in‑depth training to select the best pest solution for each customer. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and utilizing assigned leads from a robust advertising budget. Schedule sales appointments, meet customers in their homes, and explain Orkin’s products and services. Inspect interior and exterior of homes to identify issues and make recommendations. Ability to obtain the required pesticide license or certification (paid by company). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers. Work Environment Safely use a ladder within weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas.
