Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and standards using the framework for professional nursing practice.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired, with a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position involves providing direct patient care, coordinating activities of the healthcare team, documenting patient data, and participating in professional development and quality improvement activities. Elite communication and teamwork skills are essential.
