Global Account Manager

Owning the global strategy and relationship management for complex enterprise accounts, the full-time Global Account Manager will drive the adoption of the Dynatrace platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely from the Northeast. Key Responsibilities Manage the growth and overall health of the Dynatrace platform within assigned global accounts Create multi-year strategic account plans to drive customer success and cloud modernization Develop and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED A minimum of 7+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales Experience working with G500 banking, finance, or insurance customers Proven track record in handling large, complex deal negotiations Strong understanding of the Observability and technology-as-a-service space
