Guaranteed hours with potential for one 12-hour call-off per two-week period.Highlights:\n \n High-risk perinatal care in a Level III facility with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU\n 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACU, and 7-bay triage\n Excellent staffing ratios: 1:1 in labor, 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support, 1:2-3 in antepartum\n Robust interdisciplinary support including 3-4 delivering providers 24/7, 2 CRNAs 24/7, surgical techs, and dedicated CNAs\n Level II Trauma Center with Epic charting system and facility-paid parking\n 91-day assignment with 40 hours of orientation\n Requirements:\n \n Active Washington State RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)\n Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required\n Experience in facilities handling 100+ deliveries per month (200+ deliveries preferred)\n Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring (all certifications are hard requirements)\n Must be proficient in sterile vaginal exams (SVE) – hard requirement\n Epic charting experience required\n Core competencies include neonatal resuscitation, high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, postpartum hemorrhage, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, magnesium sulfate therapy, and fetal monitoring\n Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility\n Clean background check required; no exceptions for background hits\n Two professional references covering one year within the last three years\n Why Join Us?\n This travel nursing opportunity offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art women's and children's pavilion providing advanced perinatal care.
