CDR General Services is seeking Landscapers to join our client's grounds maintenance team in Houma, LA . We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, attractive landscapes. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the golf course and surrounding facilities.

Location: Houma, LA 70360
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas.
• Trim, edge, and prune grass, shrubs, and trees.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed.
• Apply mulch and perform general landscape maintenance.
• Clean and maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds.
• Safely operate basic landscaping tools and equipment.
• Follow instructions from the grounds supervisor.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
• Spanish-only speakers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of English is recommended for workplace communication, but bilingual skills are not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work well as part of a team.
