This includes coordinating and assigning customer orders, shipments, receiving product, addressing product and employee concerns, and problem resolving. This person supports Company’s policies/procedures, while following all CI processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS).* Leads a shift of team members, coordinating shipping and/or warehouse operations including shipping schedules, loading operations and material handling activities.* Perform product inventory activities, confirming physical inventory quantity and location, reporting variances.* Perform employing training for new employees, current employees, actively communicating procedures and workflow. Document training progression to include training gaps and opportunities.* Monitor and communicate employees’ work schedules to meet needs of business. Provide scheduling support to backfill vacancies to minimize department operation disruption.* Recommends improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity within the department while achieving the targeted Sales to Service Goals.* Perform all required EWM SAP transactions, complete all required documentation.* Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.* Maintains time and shipping records as required.
