Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status required
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer expert guidance in speech and language development
