Job Responsibilities Coordinate the user‑centered design approach of clients’ digital products and manage design deliverables to ensure great user experience and realization of the client’s product visions. Drive the delivery of sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes, as well as conceive and conduct user and stakeholder research as needed. Work with the design team to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, make strategic design and user experience decisions, and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct workshops on topics across both design and consulting skillsets. Teach the ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Collaborate with other team members and senior stakeholders, take calculated risks, champion new ideas, and continually elevate the quality of our work. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, eight‑thirty to five‑thirty PM. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human‑Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience; alternatively, Master’s degree in the same fields and 4 years of related work experience. 3 years of experience in one of the following areas or a combination: Customer or User Experience Strategy and Research, Business Strategy, Product Design, Design Planning. Experience in market and user research, requirements gathering, business case development, KPI management, and/or business architecture definition. Proficiency with prototyping software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and/or similar tools. 3 years of experience managing and supervising teams of professional employees, mentoring team members through development feedback and performance processes, and providing structured, on‑the‑job feedback. 2 years of experience with B2B, B2B2C and B2C business models and the omnichannel landscape. 2 years of experience in each of the following: Understanding buyers' behavior and patterns on technology platforms; Delivering omni‑channel and customer experience strategy projects. Domestic travel up to 50 % required to serve client needs. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
