As a MDS Nurse RN, your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the completion of CAAs and Care Planning. This role will cover 2 of our SNF facilities, on site on rotating days- Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village(Canby).
