Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Resilience Restorative Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adult clients to identify their mental health needs and establish appropriate care plans.
• Offering individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring goals are realistic and achievable.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, utilizing clinical judgment to respond to changing needs.
• Providing crisis intervention and directing clients to appropriate support services as needed to ensure safety and well-being.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, practicing adherence to HIPAA standards and clinical best practices.
• Participating in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and contributing to peer consultations to enhance your therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A commitment to maintaining registration with the relevant professional body and appropriate professional liability insurance.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and hours worked, alongside a substantial sign-on bonus.
