What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep production moving by supporting multiple areas of the shop
• Transport materials and parts throughout the facility
• Learn to operate production equipment through hands-on training
• Clean, deburr, inspect, label, and package precision aerospace components
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and shop organization
• Help with shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys working with their hands and staying active
• Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required —we're happy to train motivated individuals

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves
