Senior AccountantSalary: $100,000-110,000Location: Greater BostonWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:• Join a rapidly growing $800M national organization expanding through strategic acquisitions• Gain direct visibility with Accounting Leadership and exposure to high-impact initiatives• Help modernize the accounting function ahead of a major ERP implementation• Gain experience supporting acquisition integrations and a Big 4 audit environment• Excellent work life balance with a true 40-hour culture and path to Accounting ManagerSenior Accountant Key Responsibilities:• Own key areas of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and GL accounting• Prepare and analyze financial reporting and investigate accounting issues and variances• Lead accounting research, special projects, and process improvement initiatives• Support acquisition integrations and the upcoming ERP implementation• Partner cross functionally with Finance, FP&A, Payroll, and other departmentsSenior Accountant Qualifications:• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience• Public accounting experience preferred• Strong general ledger, accrual accounting, and month-end close experience• Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills• Multi-entity, acquisition, or high-growth company experience is a plus
