Registered Nurse (RN) - Shift Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM with on-call requirements.

• One to three 12-hour call shifts every 6-week schedule.
• Scheduled to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Shifts may include additional stay late days up to two hours past the normal shift.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to establish care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Ability to provide documentation for required health screening and immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and PPD or IGRA.
• Completion of professional and competency testing as required by Trinity guidelines.
