As a Senior Associate, IT Business Systems Analysis – Sinking Spring, PA you will serve as a strategic partner and liaison between information technology (IT) and manufacturing operations identifying and delivering solutions improving the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes while meeting customer service levels.In doing so you will have responsibility for delivering advanced functional and technical expertise in the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Siemens Opcenter MES solutions and other enterprise applications across manufacturing sites. This role partners with business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions that support manufacturing operations.You will perform IT lifecycle management of assigned applications where responsibilities include ensuring compliance, stability and integrity levels while driving continual improvements for the application assets and services. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, manufacturing process knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
